That’s right folks. I did it. I completed my first NaNoWriMo. Official final NaNo word count is 53,200. I have already dove into editing and am really loving it. I’ve heard from others that editing is terrible and difficult but so far I far prefer it to drafting. The tweaking, adding little bits, correcting things that went a little off in drafting…for me it is fun!

YES! That’s so awesome 🙂 I didn’t win by their standards, but I’m gonna talk about my goal next week. But with winning, is your novel done or do you have more to write still?

Done. Going back and doing edits now. Have already added another 3500 words and changed a couple scenes that needed it. Only about 1/4 of the way through the edits.
