Every month I get excited when I see my OwlCrate box waiting for me in the mailbox. Sometimes I know what the book will be, sometimes I don’t, but I’m always anxious to open it and see what is waiting for me inside. So far in 2021 we have received a stunning copy of Lore by Alexandra Bracken and The Gilded Ones by Namina Forna as well as some fun and useful bookish themed items. When my March box arrived, I dove right in.

By the time it comes around it has been oppressively cold for months and you just can’t take it anymore even though you know within a month or so it should start warming up but not yet. No, you are still just cold down to your bones. And miserable. And it is still getting dark so early that you feel that there really isn’t a purpose to anything and you want to stay in bed all day.
